Creating a son4d account is quick and easy — it takes less than 3 minutes. Click the Register at the top-right corner of the page, fill in the form with your full name, email address, Malaysian phone number, username, and password. Verify your phone number with an OTP code and click the confirmation link in the email. Your account will be instantly activated and ready to use.

The minimum age requirement to register and play at son4d is 18 years old without exception. son4d enforces strict age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be suspended immediately and all balances refunded.

Log in to your son4d account and go to Account Settings. For changes to sensitive information such as your Malaysian phone number or email address, you will need to verify your identity first via OTP. This step is in place to protect your account from any unauthorised changes.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Log In son4d. Enter your registered Malaysian phone number or email address. You will receive reset instructions via email or SMS. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you are still having trouble, contact son4d customer support via live chat.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before you can make withdrawals or for deposits exceeding a certain limit. Required documents include:
  • A valid copy of your MyKad or Malaysian Passport
  • Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months)

Yes. You can request permanent closure of your son4d account at any time. Contact the support team via 24/7 live chat and request to close your account. FPX deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. Enter the amount in MYR you wish to withdraw, choose your payment method (DuitNow, FPX, or your registered e-wallet), and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for most local Malaysian payment methods.

The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account level — KYC-verified accounts can withdraw up to RM 50,000 per day. For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, additional verification may be required for security purposes.

son4d does not charge any transaction fees for deposits. For withdrawals, there are no fees for DuitNow and FPX. A small fee may be charged by your e-wallet provider for transfers to a bank account, depending on the provider's own policy — this is beyond son4d's control.

If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please take the following steps:
  • Check your transaction history in your e-wallet or banking app to confirm whether the funds have been deducted.
  • Save or screenshot your proof of transaction (transaction ID and RM amount).
  • Contact son4d customer support via 24/7 live chat with that proof.

Not recommended. son4d requires the payment account name to match the son4d account holder's name for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Deposits from third-party sources may result in processing delays or requests for additional verification documents.
Bonus & Promotions 7 Questions
