1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and son4d ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the son4d platform, accessible via https://son4d.ws and all associated applications.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "Register" button, or using any part of the son4d platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms set out herein, as well as Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

Use of the son4d platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Reside in or access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual may only register and hold one (1) son4d account at any one time. Registering additional accounts — whether using the same details, a family member's details, or another person's details — is strictly prohibited. son4d uses advanced technology to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts found in violation of this rule may be suspended without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your son4d account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. son4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered in accordance with the specified multiplier. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of MYR 1,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Son4d strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

6 Sports Betting Rules

This section governs all Sports Betting on son4d, covering Malaysian Super League football, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, cricket, badminton, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform.

6.1 Bet Validation

A bet is considered valid and binding once son4d's system confirms it and issues a bet reference number. Unconfirmed bets will not be processed. son4d reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its absolute discretion.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results issued by the relevant sporting body. For football, the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes + stoppage time) applies — extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless specifically stated. For cricket, settlement rules specific to the match format (Test, ODI, T20) will apply.

6.3 Suspended or Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and the stake fully returned to your account.

• Submitting false personal information or using another person's details without authorisation.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 By son4d

Son4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• For operational or platform security reasons.

9.2 By Member

You may close your son4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances. Any unclaimed balance remaining 6 months after the account closure date may be forfeited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Son4d takes the protection of your privacy and personal data seriously. How we collect, use, store, and safeguard your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
